What if I don’t move forward after the consult?＋

You keep the diagnostic direction from the session. The consultation fee credit is governed by the Consultation Services Terms & Conditions.

How does the credit work and when does it expire?＋

Why aren’t there prices for the workflows?＋

What You're Booking

You are booking one 30–45 minute online business strategy consultation with James Wilson, doing business as Alpha Office AI Consulting, designed to diagnose operational bottlenecks, discuss potential AI-enabled solutions, and identify next steps based on your intake responses. A written recap and plan follows.

What the Consultation Does Not Include

This is advice and diagnosis, not implementation. The fee does not include building or configuring any workflow; workflow development or implementation; software setup or integration; ongoing consulting, support or maintenance; or any deliverables beyond the consultation and written recap/plan. Any custom workflow requires a separate written proposal or statement of work accepted by both parties.

Fee and Credit

$895 USD is payable at booking and is credited toward the first custom workflow purchased from James Wilson, doing business as Alpha Office AI Consulting. The credit is non-cash, non-refundable, and non-transferable, and applies only if both parties accept a written custom workflow proposal within 60 days of the consultation. The credit is subject to the Consultation Services Terms & Conditions. Payment of the fee does not require James Wilson, doing business as Alpha Office AI Consulting to propose, accept or perform any custom workflow.

No Guaranteed Results

James Wilson, doing business as Alpha Office AI Consulting does not guarantee any particular outcome, including results, hours saved, revenue increases, cost savings, lead volume, efficiency improvements or ROI. Results depend on the implementation, data, systems, personnel, decisions and factors outside James Wilson, doing business as Alpha Office AI Consulting's control.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

There is no refund for a missed consultation. There is one free reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. There is a full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the consultation, and no refund once the consultation has occurred. Additional terms, including complete credit conditions, are stated in the Consultation Services Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing payment or booking, the client acknowledges they have reviewed and accepted the Consultation Services Terms & Conditions, including scope limitations, credit terms, cancellation and refund policy, disclaimers, recording provisions and liability limitations.
