How we use your information

we use the information you provide only to prepare for and deliver your business strategy consultation, communicate with you about it, and determine whether a custom workflow may be appropriate; responses are submitted to and stored in the Company's email system; the intake form does not create an account, save a session, or store responses in a separate customer database; we do not sell information or share it with third parties for their own marketing; we may share information with service providers (email provider, payment processor, scheduling provider, other technology providers) only as reasonably necessary to operate the consultation process and deliver the requested services; payment information is processed by our payment processor and is subject to their terms and privacy practices; we retain intake submissions and related consultation communications for up to twelve (12) months after the consultation or your last substantive communication with us unless a longer period is reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve a dispute, maintain business records, or protect our legal rights, after which we delete or securely dispose of it; you may request deletion of your intake submission and related personal information by emailing the privacy contact email address hello@alphaofficeai.com; deletion may be subject to legal, accounting, dispute-resolution or other legitimate recordkeeping requirements.

Optional Non-Consent Acknowledgment: The consultation is a paid 30–45 minute diagnostic session; the fee is $895 USD and may be credited 100% toward the first custom workflow subject to the terms provided at payment; it includes diagnostic discussion, business-process analysis and a written recap, and does not include implementation, workflow construction, integrations, ongoing support or other services unless separately agreed in a signed written proposal.
